800m run, lots of PVC pipe stretches. Also came early and practice some K2E and T2B.T2B are weirdly easier to do than K2E.
15 minutes: Muscle-up/Progression work
I hung from my wrists with a box. I was able to step off the box for like 2 seconds. Very VERY painful, but makes for tough-ass wrist apparently. The next progression would be to do pullups with wrists, that wasn't happening so I did some the regular way. Then I did some muscle-ups with the green band, still needs A LOT of work to get the movement down.

Actually PR by almost 3:00 with the same weight and bands as I did last time, plus now with baby. Pull-ups are getting bit harder as I put on the baby weight, like wearing a weighted vest. Kipping makes me a tad queasy too.
Fran draws lots of people into the gym, we had so many people that we started in 2 heats. Fun day, I like Fran, she's tough, but I like her!
