Hold Middle Split for 2 minutes
Hold bottom of your Squat for 2 minutes
Shoulder Passes for 2 minutes
Hold bottom of Skin the Cat (German Hang) for 1 minute [modified with holding a PVC pipe instead]
Hold bottom of Dip for 1 minute
Hold Pike Stretch for 2 minutes

Good stretch, I couldn't manage to get into the skin the cat position.

12 min AMRAP = 8 rounds, 5 pullups, 2 pushups
Partner WOD
Partner 1: 300 M Row
Partner 2: AMRAP 5 Pull-ups [red band], 10 push ups, 15 squats

Nice getting back at it, I've been a little sick for the past few days. Partnered up with Dan M. Fun and good to get a workout with the hubby.
