      Its the Cotswold 70.3 event at Cotswold Water Park. This one will really test me & especially my swimming. I'm a mix of nerves & excitement.

    Every intention to swim 1900m straight but frustrated by a breast stroking stubborn old woman who wouldn't accept she was in the wrong lane & stubbornly swam holding folks up.

    Just a quick workout at the end of a busy day. Managed to put the aerobars on to give them a bit of a test ahead of the fast approaching half ironman. Just hope its not as windy on the day..
