Sufferfest Downward Spiral. So intervals that get shorter down the pyramid then build back up and repeat. HR good Z3 during intervals and good recovery. Tape said to shoot for average RPM of 80-90 and I came in at 85 so go me!!. Can feel legs getting stronger with these interval workouts. Did a little extra recovery light spin.

I've got a sufferfest dvd. haven't had the guts to take it out of the package yet. just the regular trainerroad workouts are enough

Morey they are good I bought the series and it is much harder then spinervals in my book. Plus the music is really good very tempo and hardcore and race footage. I like trying to beat Lance :)
