  1. RUN
good Country Block 3.1 mi 00:37 11:53 pace

Wore my hunting orange and got 5K in the bag today. Since I don't remember my 5K PR, this is going to be it!

  2. VELO
    Slow Ride 11.5 mi 01:00 11.5mph pace

I am getting faster. My bike can go pretty quick. Now I just have to not get lost in the land of no cell phone coverage.

  3. RUN
    good Tempo 3 mi 00:32 10:45 pace

Went from 3 mph to 6.5 and back down again.

  4. RUN

Knees are still sore from last week's long run(thinking I need some inserts and some KT tape next time), so this was an elliptical "run"

  6. FIT
    good 2.5 mi

Omg, roller skating was way harder than I remember it being. The last time I did it I was twelve! The husband and I did this for our date night. It was a hoot to run into each other in order to sto... read more

  7. walk
good Rest day walk 2 mi

A couple of laps around the campus at work. It's convenient to count the miles knowing it's just a little over a mile for one "lap" around all of them.

  8. RUN
alright Long Run 20 mi 04:34 13:43 pace

Definitely not fast! This was my first run in the off-trail Solomons. They were heavy, but together with the gaiters, my feet stayed dry throughout all the puddles of melted snow.

  9. Haven't been on here in ages. I'm coming back though!

  10. RUN
    3 mi 00:41 13:39 pace

So happy! I ran my first run since the accident in December today. My leg is still "floppy", and I could feel a lot more effort to get my right leg to move forwards, but eventually got in... read more
