    A couple of laps around the campus at work. It's convenient to count the miles knowing it's just a little over a mile for one "lap" around all of them.

    Definitely not fast! This was my first run in the off-trail Solomons. They were heavy, but together with the gaiters, my feet stayed dry throughout all the puddles of melted snow.

      Great job getting miles in ! Take your time take it slow you dont wanna make it worse by going to strong !! trust me i made that mistake good luck !

    I still can't get over how warm it is for January. Thirty degrees! I'm glad there's snow on the ground now. It was fun following different trails of animal tracks along my way.
