That really sucks, but you can do it! Was it a stitch? I read this thing that often works for me, you breathe out hard as if through a straw... sometimes I have to do that like 5 times just as my side is threatening to get a stitch, but it can work/help. Good luck!

I don't really know what a stitch is.. usually when I get cramps it is when I go from running to walking. I never stop immediately and go to walking, I always slow to a jog then to a walk but nothing has been helping lately.
