    Very unfit after so much laziness, plus it was getting kinda warm and humid (27*C/81*F) by the time I finished at 8:15am.

    Arad Bay weekend wander 10.31 km 01:35 14:53 pace

    Walked most of the first 6km with my friend Angella, then she had to go pick up her husband, so I picked up the pace for another 4km, to round it out to 10km for the morning.

      Hey Dermot. Unfortunately, I will have to give Dubai a miss - virtually no training means it would be very stupid to try to cover 42km for the first time in race conditions! I am planning with a couple of friends to run the Marathon du Medoc in September.
