    Alternative half mile running intervals with incline walking... totaled 4.75 miles in an hour. Finished off with 20 mins on the stationary bike

    ran 1.5 mi treadmill > 20 mins elliptical > ran 1.6 mi treadmill > 25 mins elliptical. I ran pretty slow today (9:30ish pace) but had no knee pain... so I'll take it!

    OK starting to use this again..... I ran to Starbucks and back, and then did 35 minutes on the elliptical while reading blogs. Knee feels so so so much better! Back at 'em!

    2 slow miles (foot hurts, but feels a bit better), 25 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes upper body weights
