    Very well. Still healing my foot (stress fracture) so I've been opting to cycle instead of run but it's going very well. Better than I thought it would.

      I usually wear brooks cascadia, which were given to me as a product to review on my blog. I never went and looked for another pair after I got them.
      Thanks for the suggestion - i will check that store out

      Justin's advice is very sound. The Cascadia is a neutral trail shoe, and may not be best suited for your running style or foot strike pattern...
