Muggy post work run. I feel good now though! Better than in 90 degrees!

  10. RUN
alright Washington Ave 3.2 mi 00:40 12:30 pace

I crapped out at the 3 mile marker. I ended up walking to 3.8, but it was too humid for me today. Very upsetting but I put in the effort at the minimum.

alright Genesse with NoBo 3 mi 00:35 11:36 pace

Ehhh, not a great run, but the time looked good and I feel good now. Try again tomorrow- after a short break I feel ready to jump start my fitness again

  12. RUN
good Mendon Ponds with NoBo 3 mi 00:34 11:20 pace

A rough estimate. My watch died. Hilly, but I didn't feel winded at all. I should keep running after working

  13. RUN
alright Mount Hope Cemetery with NoBo 2.99 mi 00:36 12:08 pace

I felt like my appendix wanted to Chuck Norris it's way out of my body, that's how much my side hurt. But somehow kept the pace up.
