    Great workout! Got I'm two days worth of weight lifting so I can concentrate on other things over the next few days.... Mainly, getting fast!

    The first mile was killer and more of a run/walk. After that, I kinda got in my groove and kept trucking, slowly but surely. I felt so good at the end!!

    During the first mile the right side of my hip was really tight. I stopped running to give it a good stretch and modified my stride and all was good!
