This morning's run was chilly and hilly! The first half was challenging as we ran into the wind and up Broadview to Danforth but at least the second half was much more comfortable. Tried out some new gortex tights which were ok after I warmed up a bit but didn't fully live up to their windstopper name. My left knee was also bugging me throughout but I made it through without too much difficulty. Thinks it's time to switch back to the other shoes/orthotics for the long runs.
