great 16km with Crew lulu 16.22 km 01:47 10:38 pace

First of two 16km runs this weekend. Took this one at a nice easy pace and will probably try and push myself a bit harder tomorrow. Had fun despite the heat and really loved the shady downhill of Rosedale Valley Rd (included it in the route on purpose!) Thanks to Jeffrey N., Sean C. and Alice T. and the rest of our 10&1 crew for an awesome kick off to the weekend! Oh and thanks to Booster Juice for making me a delicious recovery drink too ;)
