Good run. Did W1D3 of C25K. Then used a foam roller for the first time. I made about 3 passes on each IT Band before I had to surrender.

Alternated walk/run every quarter mile. Seemed to work out well. Nice low key part road/part trail race allowed me a 3rd place AG award. Love a quiet no-frills race!

Did my little .25 mi run/.80 mi walk. Foot still feels a little funny, but not running related. Will go to doc next week if it still hurts over the weekend.
