Skipped the hill and took the lower loop. Body is definitely feeling it and my right leg has a lot of catching up to do, due to only working half way for the last 4 years.

A little slower than Monday, but all-in-all a good walk considering my legs protested the hill and I was walking into the wind nearly the whole way
