blah Hill repeats 1.25 mi
4/16/2017 Not much but when a friend (just starting hills) asks you to run hill repeats, you run hill repeats, even if you did 4.5 miles of them the day before! Jello legs!!

YOU are amazing and the people in this region and that is what makes the Boston Marathon such a truly unique event. I was blown away from the uninterrupted decibel level along the spectator lines throughout the whole course! Thank you for your support!about 1 year ago • Like

Up a hill and back down! And felt great! Could have kept going. First time really feeling how a bigger distance straight downhill will feel in the knees. Eek! Little achy

My husband was supposed to have his ACL repaired this past Thursday but it was rescheduled for 4/17. I told him the reason must be because we have another big storm coming and he needs to be able to snow blow for me. Yup! Tues, 8-12 inches!! LOL

Nice 5! Glad you could get the hubby out! Maybe the effort you put out on the flat track is too much your stride will naturally be shorter going up a hill with your arms working/pumping more. It's easier to over extend your stride on a flat. Maybe shorten your stride on the track.

Solid track work Nicole. Hopefully some rest and those PT exercises will do the trick. I also hope your husband is doing well.
