      Hey Nicole! I saw your post on my workout where I talked about work eating away my time. Good for you for getting a new job. The pay cut part sucks, but I am right there with you. I was working like 70 hour weeks for most of the year it seemed. And I was still behind! Then they talk to me about the annual raise. It’s like 2-3%. I told them keep it, or even cut my pay for less work! So far, as a consultant, there’s not been much change. But I am letting work slip in favor of better balance.
