      Also, I find that it's not really the week after a hard race (marathon, 50 MILER!!, etc..) that I feel slow but the next couple of weeks. It catches up with you. You're looking good to me!

    some trails some fields. Took two days off to recover. Felt slow first loop and better second loop. Still have a hard time breathing. Maybe just the weather because my body feels fine. Stupid asthma.

      Ashley I ran in reebok realflex shoes. They are more mesh than fabric so not much stuck to them and what did got washed off in creek crossings. they also dry pretty fast not one blister!

      Impressive! My trail shoes are some sort of Nikes (I just wanted trail shoes, any kind) and they get the job done, but mud definitely sticks to them!
