Ran 10 with Nathan. I believe around a 10 min pace. It seems every ultra I have done this year has started to slow me down a little more on road runs. I'm feeling worn down and ready to have t... read more

I found the same when I did Ultra training and a race last year - defnitely slowed me down on the road. Sounds like you're ready for a bit of a break!

We had 12 year olds babysitting Kelsie when we lived in Germany. The Babysitter's Mom and Dad were home next door. The younger ones were the best because they still like to play!

It was miserable out there with the humidity. I think the bike trainer is such a great cardio workout and leg strengthening workout if you turn the resistance up. Nice job!

My dad told me they take this very seriously on the island and to call the police if he does it again. He says no way he lives on the island or he would know better. I also showed my dad where it was and he said it looks to be a bunch of construction workers.
