  1. RUN
    good 1st outdoor run in 6 months 3.01 km 00:20 10:38 pace

Hills were tough but loved it. More to prove I could still do it rather than speed. Lovely views over London too.

  2. RUN
    blah Run/walk.... Again 3.05 km 00:18 09:16 pace

Sports bra on too tight so could barely breathe! Schoolgirl error. Another B- but teacher wants to see me after school!

  5. RUN
good Cheeky lunchtime run 3 km 00:43 23:04 pace

Really muggy out and regretted going out from the off. New playlist helped. Legs felt ok though, no shin pain - yipee!

  6. RUN
    Downs Link 2.75 km 00:17 10:05 pace

Just a little run as still feeling stiff from Saturdays Race For Life. Just wanted to blow cobwebs away. Felt surprisingly good considering I could barely walk yesterday!

  7. RUN
blah Shins on fire :-( 4.02 km 00:30 12:00 pace

Both shins hurting from word go. Will I ever be a decent runner? Doesnt feel like it!

  8. RUN
    good I got me a medal! 5 km 00:38 12:13 pace

  11. RUN
blah Half walk and half run 6.02 km

First 3km was a run. Stopped to turn round when a wave of nausea passed over me. Sat down in a field for 10 mins then walked 2k back, then finished 1km with run. Empty stomach syndrome so my own fa... read more

  12. RUN
good Lil lunchtime run! 4.2 km 00:28 10:44 pace

Little run to blow the cobwebs away. Couldnt squeeze out the extra 0.8km as I forgot my music. Didnt realise how dull it could be just listening to traffic whizz by rather than my funky house tunes!!

  13. RUN
good Thankyou Eminem and Rocky! 5.02 km 00:30 09:37 pace

5k nailed. I did it!! I'm so happy I could jump about in the street! Lose Yourself by Eminem and Rocky theme helped and made me run faster. Wanted to run up a load

  14. RUN
alright When will I find my mojo? 2.5 km

First kilometre was ok but rest was mix of run and walk. Could do this In my sleep a month ago. Was it because I didn't have my carb fix beforehand?
