      Are you using any other form of tracking your progress? Measurements, how your clothes fit, progress pictures, strength gains, etc? I suggest ditching the scale and not worrying about it so much. How many calories are you getting in daily out of curiousity?

      You have cut out sugar; have you cut out grains and starchy vegetables? I am a big proponent of a high quality fat, medium protein and low carb diet. Everyone is different but this works very well for me.
