    This is a Sunday ritual. I leave my car at the church hall, walk up to Mass and then back down for Faith Formation.

    Again, not the pace I want but for just starting back running seriously, I'll take it. I am upping my time each week. Last week was 30 minutes. This week each weekday run will be 35 minutes.

    I can really not find my pace at all. The pyramids were so hard I walked in between. Add to that having breathing issues at the end so I walked the last 2 minutes.
