    Holy hot water Batman. Pool heayer is broken in the too warm direction, so between hot tub swimming and a wicked muscle cramp I packed it in early. Good enough is good enough.

    Long run FAIL. Lots of residue phlegm from my cold stuck in my throat and chest, made it hard to breathe and feeling very nauseated. Just could not push through it. Yuck.
