This is easily my first PW (Personal Worst) race! That thigh injury that I've been nursing surfaced at the 17KM which had me walking more than running to the finish line. Lack of training is also partly to blame for this train wreck! Looks like I've got a lot of work to do before the SCKLM in June! BUCK UP, NICK!
BTW, this is easily one hell of a freaking tough route!
