      You work a lot! I think I would make Tues and Friday rest days. Run Monday afternoon, Wednesday afternoon, Thursday afternoon and Sunday whenever and that's a solid four days a week. I think you probably don't need to get up any earlier during the week - sleep is important, too! :)

    Cheltenham pa 5 mi

    Jogging in Cheltenham. It was awesome! Plenty of hills and sweat! Saw communities I never seen before and a creek! What a fun morning adventure.

    Sorry guys! I had to take a break, my feet was hurting unsure why but they feel better now. After work planning on getting my sweat to everyone soon!

  6. ok....i did it. i went to east kelley drive. i speed walked from hunting park to lemonhill both ways. i think i did 6-10 m. wooo i need some recovery formula.

  7. worked out for 2 hrs at the gym. 1 hr on treadmil,30min on epllipical, 30 min weight curcit. dang why do i want to go to the track???!!!!

      I have compression tights that I wear in the winter. I like them a lot - just can't bring myself to wear them in this heat!
