Was supposed to be a 5 miler. But work just sucked everything I had in me today. By mile 3 I had a headache and then that is when everything went down the toilet for the extra 1.5 miles. But hay, at least its something. I'll take it although I was shy of my goal.

I have to find how I can push these runs in the morning before work. It's when I am the most energized. But there is this thing called "daylight" that I need while running LOL! Oh well press on.

Everyone have a happy workout or rest day. Again, I am exhausted and hitting the sack. The story of my life on a weekday LOL!

    i am in the same boat. I have to sometimes force a run after an exhausting day at work. Running before work is out of the question because the sun's not out yet, and I'd much rather run in the daylight (hooray for weekends and daylight savings time). Nice job pushing though!!!

    im a morning runner the hardest part is getting out of bed . Once im up its a lot easier knowing your run is done before work. Find what works for you.

    I would also rather work out in the morning. But, these days, that would require me to get up by 5:30 am or so to get it done. I just can't seem to drag myself out of bed that early. I know I will feel great once I get going. It's just so hard....

    maybe a little to dehydrated for the run usually thats what gives the headache, nice job though

    I am behind on DM -- work is busy. Still wanted to shout out a "Good job" getting in some of your run, and listening to your body when it said, "enough for now". We expect a lot of our bodies, 24-7-365... honoring it with a "good enough for now" is a good thing.
