Was supposed to be a 5 miler. But work just sucked everything I had in me today. By mile 3 I had a headache and then that is when everything went down the toilet for the extra 1.5 miles. But hay, at least its something. I'll take it although I was shy of my goal.
I have to find how I can push these runs in the morning before work. It's when I am the most energized. But there is this thing called "daylight" that I need while running LOL! Oh well press on.
Everyone have a happy workout or rest day. Again, I am exhausted and hitting the sack. The story of my life on a weekday LOL!
