Sore legs. That right leg is starting to feel a little "funny." My stride felt off and slowed the pace down a bit. Probably need a rest day tomorrow. Doggone it!

Took it slow with some music. Can't wait until the weekend to run outside. It is just too dark to run after work at 6:30 pm now.
