    6 easy + 2 tempo in Pacific Beach boardwalk. Knot on Original Luna Sandals broke with 1/4 mile to go so I finish up running barefoot.

    Easy recovery run with my 7 year old riding his bike along side me. Goal is to keep HR below 135 bpm. Actual result is 129 bpm.

    Barefoot recovery run. Goal is to keep HR below 143bpm. Best barefoot run to date. Getting more efficient with 180 cadence. It helped that today was cooler than last Friday.

    Trail run in Bondi B shoes with Steve Magers. Slightly slower than tempo effort. Felt hard. Goal was to keep HR below 172. Average heart rate was 163 bpm.
