great Ran 2.5 mile loop twice 5 mi 01:02 12:30 pace

First outside run for the year. found a nice course that is a 2.5 mile loop. it has a nice hill that kicks my butt right now. Good training loop. I will use this course the next few weeks to monitor my progression. Hopefully that means improvement :)
