Got back to the gym this morning for another 2 miles on the treadmill. Didn't sleep well last night..lower back aches.

I survived my first spin class this morning! 40 minutes...my legs are SO rubbery! I felt it most in my knees and wrists, but I know it will get better... next class is Thursday.
