      I'm not indecisive, honest! Having spoken to my physio, all is not lost and I'm goign to keep my VLM place. I'll carry on with the training and make a call as to whether I defer or not after the Reading 1/2 mara in march

      I guess that means you'll defer on Brighton?? Best of luck with your training. I'm still not used to my orthotics but my knees don't grumble as much.

    ran to the sports fields in Chiswick & joined the running club for 45 mins of mobility drills - high knees, lunges & sprints etc. It was rather cold & windy!

    Ran to Chiswick for drills then ran a 3 mile time trial, which I did in 23 mins! That's fast for me - average pace of 4:52/km
