    half way through my right calf started to bother me. Also threw some knockout punches at 'Bob' for 5 minutes!

      Hey Nelson, have you ever thought of doubling up the workouts? Do half in the AM and half in the PM. Even if you do only half the time each session, you still end up w/the same total time at the end of the day but won't tire so easily. Then you can slowly increase the time a few minutes at a time. You'll build endurance that way, and be able to do so much more w/a lot less effort.
