good Nemisis nighttime run 5 mi 01:02 12:24 pace

Still not a big fan of the railroad tracks, takes a bit more coordination that what I have on a normal night. But as always it was super fun running with my friends.

LOL!!! I thought you were such a good sport for doing the tracks. Shanda loves em, you hate em....it's all balance :) I was thinking after you and Tiff left that we should set up a few longer runs and do them on Thurs night (if she doesn't mind the time) and maybe even do the 13.1 distance so she can see how much she actually IS ready for it, how the walk breaks work, fueling, etc. What do you think?

You don't have to be a big fan to rock the tracks!! I was very impressed with how you handled them! And I agree... Super fun with friends! :)

we went 3 times. It was 6.2 miles for one loop. It was a good time. I'm thinking that we need to start our own group soon to run from our houses in the evening. We could include your friend and maybe invite Christie too...although I know she's nursing an ITB issue right now.

Great job Nellie! That is also my most hated stretch of the road...not so much going toward the firestation but coming from the firestation to the school. In fact, I won't even run that way anymore if I'm by myself. If I go down to the firestation, I turn and come up the ditch bank. I refuse to run that way...it's just terrible...some bad running mojo lives there. :)

I too appreciate your comments about passing. That is really a great feeling when it happens. I don't mean to make someone else feel inferior but we are all faster than *someone* and it just feels dang good to be the faster one every now and again. GREAT JOB!!! :)
