    Walked with a friend doing her first official 5K. She didn't know how to handle having so many people around. Once I explained that the human bumper car effect was normal, she relaxed.

    Went to a friend's class. It was her first night instructing at the studio. Marvelously yummy restorative yoga class, with a little flowing mixed it. Loved it!!!
