    Took the day off today, but still wanted to get my run in before heading out of town. Rained before I went out, rained when I got back....but held off while I was out. Nice timing I guess. :-)

      Labs are good for long slow distances. I've got the slow down pat! (ha!) She's a hunting dog, so leashes are against her nature (and her training). Normally we WANT her out in front of us.....20-30 feet. So I keep getting dirty looks when she hits the end of her leash. :-)
