my legs are shot. Only did another 8 today so that I could start to test out some nutrition/fuel options. MY STOMACH DOES NOT DO WELL WITH EATING ANYTHING ON A RUN.
gels, nop.
Chews, not as bad but still nope.

I have the same problem. I met an ultrarunner at my last race who swears by real food: dates and honey. And another DM friend has extolled the virtues of pretzel M & M's and other goodies. Still figuring out how to carry it all!

Oh man I totally understand! I have a weak tummy. I've been able to deal well with the ClifBar Shot energy gels. They seem to settle well. But anything else is tricky tricky lol
