    All was good although I did not really like the inov8s today. Why are my feet so picky right now?

    Quick test of the MCL and all felt good (touch wood). Also tried out the Instincts to see if they are the go-to for the 100k

    Went to the store and back and wouldn't you know it my damn MCL strained. Seems too familiar. It's been bitchy since Hali and now flared up. Forcing some days off I guess

    Nice run with legs feeling great. Met heads are a bit sore

    Shook out the legs and cruised sub 4 for awhile on this one and the legs felt pretty decent. A few little tight spots but for the lack of attention to stretching right now I am not surprised.

    So back to reports. Got way behind on my DM update around Hali. This run was decent but it was really humid and rainy. Legs felt not bad but not fast.

    Easy ride to loosen things up instead of a run. Was a nice change up. Not a strong on the bike as in years past but maybe the fall will help to change that.
