    Ran around Centennial Park with a bit of walking... still trying to conquer those hills :)

    Not bad not bad for my first time on this trail....was going faster than my normal pace.

    I have been pretty dehydrated and my niece kicked me off the treadmill after 30 minutes...

    The map isn't perfect but it should have been 3.1miles total and this 5k was amazing!

    The run itself was fine but I think I overdressed and overheated too quickly. Will return to that route in a little bit after cooling off.
