Good job Brian. Just stick one long run in then one simulation run and you will do fine. GO VERY SLOW on the long run and make the simulation run around 14-16 miles. include a 2 week tapper and your set. Don't tapper too much tapper just means you do not do your long runs or speed workouts but keep your daily mileage.
