    Planned for a long run.. but my leg gave up.. May be not much stretches.. Did some workout - strength and core training after the run.. Climbed few steps at fast pace.

    Had been to BR Hills and did a Uphill and downhill through the steps.. This was close to 500 steps.. Really enjoyed it
