      Wow I don't pay attention to your training for a few days and then discover you're on a road trip of sorts? Cool! I love Mackinac Island, I used to go on vacations there when I was a little girl. Hope method #3 does some good for your blisters... good luck tomorrow!!

    Kept my eye on the weather all day since I was planning to run home, they kept saying 80% rain and scary lightning. Ground was wet but really it turned out to be lovely out, hardly any drizzle.

      I'm still getting the hang of it but I just leave my work clothes there & bring keys, wallet & phone in this little hydrating backpack I bought from the REI outlet (stoke 9). I'm very paranoid about leaving my bus pass behind. :)

    Up & out early (for me) to meet Vihann K. for a river loop. Great temps but crazy humid. Managed to pause my Nike+ for 1/2 mile or so, yarrr, it aggravates the OCD tendencies.

      Only on Wednesdays! Lena this is just about as fast as I can run. My goal for the next year is to sustain something like this pace out to hit a 3:15 BQ. :)
