      Thanks, I hope it bodes well for me for my mile race Thursday. I want to run at least a 5:35 so I can get the race premium for hitting the 'A' Standard. I "should" be able to go 5:10 but we'll have to see

      Good luck. I haven’t run an all-out mile in over a year (5:47 last April). I don’t recovery very quickly from those short hard efforts.
