    Ran a brutal mile on the treadmill in the Henrico County Training Center. It was awful. I hate running on a treadmill more than I hate riding a bike on a trainer.

      As long as I'm in the woods, where there aren't any cars, I'm fine. I still get nervous on the road, no matter how irrational the fear is. I just can't relax and enjoy the ride. I keep thinking "what if?" But the mountain bike is awesome. I started off on the MTB, and it's always been my preference. Too bad my back still limits how long I can ride.
