      I knew you were out there somewhere getting in those miles. Sometimes you just don't have the time to get on the computer. It's all good.
      I think it's great that you got a gym membership. You can get in a good workout and not have to worry about whose going to watch the younguns. I think this totally counts as a long run :-)
