      I agree break, it's a short period in your long life and worth a healthy mom and kid. I do say stay in motion through it I think you will recover more quickly after, I know I did. Most important is to listen to your body and doc.

    The assisted dip & pull ups was feeling kind of hard, I have to remember I've added weight so I need more assistance :-) In my head I've stayed my per-pregnancy weight! Ha!
