    Today was a very hard run, my legs felt like cement and mud at 150lbs each leg. I actually tried to do speed work and ended up having a worse time than previous runs.

    I'm getting stronger I can feel it. But at the end I got a wicked right side cramp I pushed through a bit but ultimately walked any advice on what to do with cramps sucker hurt!
