Insanity Workout Day 48 - "Max Interval Sports Training" + "Insane Abs" - Enjoyed the change in the program but now im S.P.E.N.T I barely finished the Insane Abs session. I think im still tired from the 13.1 Miles from earlier today. Total Time/Calories Burned: 1hr28min/649 P.S- I forgot to disable the GPS AGAIN!

@ Trace B. : Thanks! This workout program is awesome, i thought I was in shape before Insanity but I now know that there is much to improve! Its a great cross training program to collaborate with your runs; no equipment needed ( a bottle/s of water and a mat perhaps ) and the will to DIG DEEP! Man, i sound like the commercial :(
