@ Trace B. : Thanks! This workout program is awesome, i thought I was in shape before Insanity but I now know that there is much to improve! Its a great cross training program to collaborate with your runs; no equipment needed ( a bottle/s of water and a mat perhaps ) and the will to DIG DEEP! Man, i sound like the commercial :(

Most likely ill probaby do the Insanity workouts every other day just to maintain but if it isnt enough then ill hope back on the full blown program :)
