      @Bo if you even have the slightest thought about doing one then you most definitely should! It's fun and challenging, a change from the usual and a portion of your registration goes toward The Wounded Warrior Project which help support injured Veterans from our nation's Armed Forces

      Sooo I just got back from my run and though, hey I need to do some strength training. Then saw your post and thought, hey maybe I'll do that. THEN I saw the part about 9 rounds and thought, hey no way. THENNN I saw the part about you doing a FIFTY KAY this weekend and thought, wow, am I a lazy ass or what. So, I'm going to give it a try. I don't know what air squats are though, so I'll just do regular squats.
