    blah Treadmill/Track - Urban Active 4 mi 00:42 10:30 pace

Took everything I had not to jump off the treadmill, drive back home, and curl up in bed! I did jump off after 2 and decided to hit the track for a change of scenery and another 2. I'm not exactly ... read more

alright Treadmill - Urban Active 3.5 mi 00:35 10:00 pace

good Elliptical - Urban Active 3.73 mi 00:42 11:15 pace

    great Neighborhood Run 3.69 mi

Ran half - walked half. Beautiful weather today. Felt good to get out and have some time alone to think.

  13. RUN
    alright 2.31 mi

Wanted to do 3, but fell short. It was nice to be outside. My goal is at least 4 miles tomorrow, but I'll probably do that on a treadmill rather than outside.

  14. RUN
    alright Treadmill 1 mi

Had planned to do 3, but was running on an empty stomach which was a recipe for a serious side stitch. Had to stop after 1. Will make it up today.
