Nice lunch miles, Anastasiya! I've had trouble with chronically tight calves. I've just stuck with the old standard calf stretches and tons of foam rolling.

not sure what sort of calf stretches you typically do but my go to stretches are: the standing calf stretch, the stair calf stretch, and walking around on my toes/heels (with shoes on, alternating every 20 secs or so). also laying on your back and rolling your ankles - sometimes the stiffness comes from the feet not necessarily the calf!
