      That's a great photo Alex. Yes I can confirm that Saturday ( today) is wet, very wet, Its 9.30am here and it's wazzing it down, not much wind and 12C . Good luck with the race in these wet conditions

    Hilly tempo today. 30 seconds quicker up a particular 1 mile hill I use as a reference (at the same (Endurance) HR) than last time... Joy! Did the first hour on no food (got up and went straight out), Ate a clif bar after 1st hour. Felt really strong!
