Down to 96kg from 99 post accident. Still running like a sack of potatoes though heh heh.

Now I've had my op, just need to get the back stable and I can get on the turbo. Once fully fit I'll do some general easy riding for a few weeks to get back into it and gradually introduce intervals.

First club 10 of the year last night, legs wouldn't work but cardio wise I felt great, very frustrating. Turned out my seatpost had dropped! I'll be better next week!

Had a crash Sunday, several hours in A+E. Concussion, whiplash and muscular injuries. One year soon will be incident free, I'm sure :c

First week of training for next year almost over. Testing was pleasing last week, putting it in to practice now!

Well, that was Epic. Ended up on some very rough tracks, then hiking for nearly 2 hrs in my road shoes over some pretty gnarly terrain! 50 miles in the sun though and no harm done. Fitness coming back slowly but surely.
