kept focus on going extra slow through every asana, non stop movement, this needs concentration, slow and deep breathing and is very demanding, then standing split, parallel, opened - spiral, seated spinal twist, gomukhasana into forward bend, then usual finishing sequences. mind and body calm, soft and relaxed now : )
